Say you don't like the product you chose, you can either contact us to change the product or cancel your auto delivery, it's simple! There is absolutely no obligation to continue the Auto Delivery Program! You can contact us to cancel your account with no questions asked!

What are my options for shipping frequencies?
We offer 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, and 15 days upon special request. Most bottles are a one month supply when taking the recommended amounts to help give an idea of how often you will need your orders sent.
How do I return an Auto Delivery item?
Returning your Auto Delivery item is just as easy as returning any other item from our website. Automatic Delivery orders are covered under our 30 day return policy. All that you will need to do is go to our return policy link: https://ephedra-outlet.myshopify.com/pages/return-policy and click on the Easy Return/Exchange Request Form, print it out, and fill it out. Send that form back with your product and we will process your return the same day that we receive it. We offer full store credit for any opened bottles and a refund for any unopened bottles.
What happens if my card on file gets declined or expires?
If your card on file gets declined or expires, we will send you an email informing you on the same day that your order is supposed to go out. This will give you the opportunity to update your payment method, stay same schedule, and get your product still! We will NOT immediately remove you from the program; instead we will reach out to you. Only after your card is declined on 2 consecutive cycles, will you be removed from the program.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email containing a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Is Auto Delivery available for International orders?
We currently only offer Auto Delivery for residents of the United States.
Can I pay by check for an Auto Delivery order?
No, we only accept credit card payments for Auto Delivery orders. We cannot accept a payment of a Personal Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order at this time.
Will sales tax be applied to my order?
Sales tax will only be applied to orders for Texas residents.
What are the terms of Auto Delivery?
All shipments at your selected frequency will qualify for $1.99 shipping and a 5% product discount. An additional sales tax charge will be applied for Texas residents only. All auto delivery products are covered under our 30 day return policy. By placing your first auto delivery order, you authorize Ephedra Outlet/Bottled Fitness, Inc. to charge your account prior to each shipment until you cancel. All charges will appear on your statement under Bottled Fitness, Inc.
