The product worked as expected though not as strong as the original Ephedra products pre-Bush. Lipodrene does work better as an appetite suppressant taken prior to meals the first thing in morning with full glass of water. Personally I do not like taking early am prior to cardio because my heart rate goes through the roof however before work or just weight training its ok for me. I usually only take the one morning dose because i cannot sleep on evening dose and lunch dose is too soon for me. Most of the time I will alternate morning dosage for noonish dosage after cardio and second meal which gives me a longer day of control. This product is definitely worth the purchase I am a recreational bodybuilder and went from 274 lbs to 260 in 6 weeks without my normal torture starvation diets. My regimen is 45 min of weights x 4 days and 20-30 of cardio 2-3 days. Plus sauna twice a week for 10-20 minutes.

Well, I just took these for the first time. I was starving when I woke up but after I took 2 pills I was full literally less than 10 minutes later. It definently works in the suppression of appetite.
The only negative thing about it, is that when I took 2 pills in the morning I had the worst and scariest heart palpatations ever!! I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. I will stick to ONE pill.
I do feel slight jittery, and other random side effects. But I do feel the full impact throughout the day.
But I would be careful.
