Q. How do I get FREE First Class Shipping?
A. Free shipping applies to all US orders over $50 USPS to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Military FPO/APO’s. Once you have more than $50 in your shopping cart select Free First Class Shipping from the shipping method box in the checkout

Q. How secure is your ordering system?

Q. Will my order make it through customs in my country?
A. only ships within the United States and Canada. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country. If you place an order and the package is refused by customs, it is customary for you to receive a letter by mail informing you that the package was returned to us. If we receive the goods back we will notify you immediately by email and issue a refund for the cost of the product but not shipping cost.

Q. Do you accept returns and if so, how do I return my order?

A: Yes. Every item that Ephedra Outlet offers comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, just return it to us within 30 days and we’ll refund the purchase price or exchange it. And if we made a mistake on your order, return shipping will be reimbursed without any hassle.
